Azlan Bin Hazeman

Azlan has 25 years of experience in human capital training and development in the aviation industry. He worked as Aircraft Technical Instructor for the Malaysia Airlines Systems and the Airbus. He provided training for aircraft employees at more than 10 airlines in the world and has multiple licenses for different types of aircrafts. He holds aircraft licences from both the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) and Civil Aviation Authority of United Kingdom. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa, USA and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from University of Malaya, Malaysia.

Mohd Adhari Belal Din

Adhari has 24 years of experience in human capital management and organisational development. He provided human capital and organisational development leadership for 14 years in Bank Negara Malaysia and its affiliates, where his last position was as an Assistant Governor of Human Resource. He advised the leadership of the Bank and its affiliates on and drove human capital strategic initiatives. Adhari received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Organisational Studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Jeff Liew

Jeff has over 20 years of experience in building inclusive financial sectors and facilitating DFS innovation for the underbanked market segments in APAC. He has worked in Samoa & Tonga (plus 13 other Pacific islands), Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Maldives, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Senegal, New Zealand, and Australia. He has successfully grown businesses and supported the deployment of a psychometric credit assessment system for MSMEs in Malaysian, ASEAN, and MENA markets. Jeff has experience in refining UX/UI with HCD, gendering customer journey, product tailoring to underserved borrowers, and regulatory compliance. His strengths include hands-on experience in DFS development and deployment, in-depth understanding of financial behavior of low-income households, and strong partnerships building skills to mobilize multi-sector participation at policy and program implementation levels.
